In this quarterly issue we are happy to announce the good news that the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities has been ratified by 20 countries and will become effective in May 2008. Now we are shifting to a new stage on the Human Rights of persons with disabilities. We continue our column on International Sign Language - so everyone can enjoy!
