It's amazing that APCD has already spent four years contributing its utmost to/for persons with disabilities in the Asia-Pacific region. From the viewpoint of APCD, we could see that the disability community is eager to join our activities and those joined have been very enthusiastic to develop and improve programs back in their hometown. This is what APCD would like to see, the strengths, empowerment, and efficiencies of these people to perform knowledge of excellence.
