] [ ] Very warm greetings to all our gracious APCD Empowerment Readers! Before moving on, APCD would like to join this auspicious moment in Thailand to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej's Accession to the throne.
Moving on into APCD's 4th Anniversary, we can't help saying that time really does fly with a lot going on steadily and successfully for the EMPOWERMENT of persons with disabilities in the Asia and Pacific region. As you can see in this volume, APCD has been holding tight hands with our friends in the region for the utmost and fruitful collaboration to help each other, whether it is technical and/or information cooperation. APCD is really proud to see our stakeholders and ex-trainees doing significant work for persons with disabilities in their countries and supporting others in the region. APCD hopes this network will continue.
