] [ ] Warm, warm greetings to all readers from the shiny and bright Bangkok, Thailand! What has APCD been doing in this quarter? All of you would like to know! As you can see in this newsletter, APCD continues to implement activities for persons with disabilities in the region, improving our performance to the best of our ability in the region. In this quarter, APCD expanded its network and followed-up with our focal points and associate organizations, which show that experiences and skills gained from APCD have spread to the wider community. APCD is not walking alone but along side with other stakeholders in the region. Without your collaboration, APCD could never have gone this far to empower persons with disabilities in the Asia and Pacific region!
