Warm greetings to all readers of the APCD Empowerment Newsletter! As you can see, APCD is working hard, having already implemented many activities in 2004, to provide the most beneficial services for our target group. Our newsletter is a big mirror for you to see what has been and is scheduled to happen within APCD and the Region on disabilityrelated issues.

APCD staff was impressed to discover the interest in the Empowerment Newsletter when on missions to network and collaborate with developing countries in the Asia-Pacific Region. It was most encouraging. Your input in disability issues in the Asia-Pacific Region is always welcome!
