] Happy Birthday APCD Project! Time does really fly fast from 1 August 2002-1 August 2003. APCD has been implementing new and continuous activities for the benefit of persons with disabilities in developing countries in the Asia-Pacific region. On this occasion, the APCD editorial staff would like to thank all potential participants, resource persons, supporters, visitors, and the APCD staff for your effort and interest in APCD. Without everyone working together, we would not have come this far. APCD will definitely be growing up with you working towards the empowerment of persons with disabilities in the Asia-Pacific region!
