This second edition includes summaries of the many conferences held in October 2002 which confirms the vital role of regional cooperation concerning people with disabilities. APCD strives to be an effective channel in the new Decade to empower persons with disabilities in the Asia-Pacific region. Regional news to be included in future issues is welcome. Let's work together!
